That’s where we can help; and since what you’re putting in your body is the most important part of achieving your goals, when you eat Lean Kitchen, you can be confident that you’re eating the best meals that money can buy. We add no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors from artificial sources to our foods. We also do not add sugar to any of our dishes. This means a short ingredient list of only things that you can pronounce & recognize, just as if you prepared it yourself at home.
We believe in having a good balance of lean proteins, fibrous vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. While some meals do vary, typically our meals use 5-6oz of protein, one half cup of a complex carb, and a cup of vegetables.
Controlling sugar levels is a major key to fat loss & overall well-being so you will not find sugar or processed carbs in our meals. We simply aim to have the right nutrients in the right quantity to maintain energy balance while still making sure to fill you up.

Detail is given to every aspect of creating your meal from the preparation of ingredients to containing the final product. Attention to detail is given to the cooking, portion sizes, and every step throughout.
The last step of our meal preparation is slapping on the nutrition label. This ensures that you will always know the exact nutrients going into your body.
