Let’s be on the same page with this though: When we say “strong” or talk about building muscle, read it as “healthy & fit”.

Equipment Needed

In order to breakdown the muscle enough to get a sufficient workout in, you need resistance. For simplicity, this program requires minimal equipment.

To start, a couple pairs of dumbbells in different weights or a set of adjustable dumbbells will be all you need. Some of the exercises do not require anything but your body.

If you do happen to be in a gym or have access to other equipment, there are plenty of variations where you can utilize other equipment and we have those listed in the exercises – but it is not necessary.

As you progress, you will become stronger & likely need additional sets so the adjustable dumbbell option or a gym will become a nice perk. Strong is fit. Strong is healthy.

In this program we will walkthrough all the steps and answer all of your questions. We’ll introduce you to the following:

A Set

Burnout sets, repetitions, and more, we’ll show you how many of each exercise to focus on.

The Structure

The basic structure of this program is just 3 workouts per week (or a “3 Day Split”).

Weights

We’ll help you understand when to choose a weight that is slightly challenging but not too much.

Movement

An instructional visual and video walkthrough of how to complete each exercise.

Intensity

A What level to show up at for each workout and how to progress over time.
