About the Owners, Justin & Adriana Skains + Eric & Christy Miller

We are so excited to share our passion for food and fitness with all of you. Adriana was born and raised right here in the region, and Justin has lived here for almost 20 years. We’ve always been passionate about fitness and we understand that the most challenging part of a healthy lifestyle is diet and nutrition. We spend hours cooking at home and at the grocery store every week, which isn’t always ideal. We started Lean Kitchen Co Schererville to help give people some of their time back without sacrificing their nutrition goals and our now proud owners of one of the healthiest places to eat in Schererville.

Eric was born and raised in Crown Point, IN and Christy is originally from Lebanon, IN. They’ve been married for 18 years and have two boys in the Crown Point school system who are VERY happy to have fewer dish duties at night now that Lean Kitchen is part of their lives.
