Founded in 2020 by Kelly and Anthony Fobia, Lean Kitchen has made major strides towards its goal of helping people, even through a worldwide pandemic and economic upheaval! As a nurse, Kelly first started out, with a passion for health and fitness and was motivated to find a way to help people better access high-quality, healthy food that is also convenient! As a team, Kelly and Anthony built their first kitchen and store in CDA – which has grown to multiple stores and a delivery service that serves the Kootenai and Spokane areas. Lean Kitchen is proud to be able to support our community and provide a nutritious, tasty option for meal preparation and quality healthy supplements.
