We are Jason and Katie Davis, and we are passionate about health and fitness! We are avid CrossFitters, and you will most often find us at the gym before the sun rises. We also enjoy competitive running and hiking with our rescue dogs, Mack and Macy. We are huge advocates of animal welfare, and we coordinate an annual holiday fundraiser called Deck the Paws in which we raise funds for our local Humane Society.
We have lived in Harford County most of our lives and can’t wait to show our local neighbors that nutritious can be delicious…Come try us out today!
